宫腔镜手术结合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗异常子宫出血的临床效果及对患者雌激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究宫腔镜手术结合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗异常子宫出血的临床效果及对患者雌激素水平的影响。方法 选取40例异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,每组20例。对照组行宫腔镜手术治疗,研究组在此基础上采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、雌激素水平。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组促卵泡生成激素、促黄体生成素水平均低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 异常子宫出血患者接受宫腔镜手术结合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗,可调节雌激素水平,并提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with drospirosterone ethoestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding and its effect on patients'estrogen levels.Methods 40 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were selected as the research objects and were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery,and the study group was treated with drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)on this basis.The clinical efficacy and estrogen levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery combined with drospirosterone ethoestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)can regulate estrogen levels and improve the therapeutic effect of abnormal uterine bleeding.
