药物流产联合清宫术对瘢痕子宫终止妊娠的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析药物流产联合清宫术在瘢痕子宫终止妊娠中的应用效果。方法选取140例自愿终止妊娠的瘢痕子宫妊娠患者,随机分为对照组及研究组,每组70例。对照组采用负压吸引术终止妊娠,研究组采用药物流产联合清宫术终止妊娠。在治疗干预后,对两组患者的阴道出血量、宫颈扩张程度、术后出血时间、临床治疗效果等进行比较。结果研究组阴道出血量与术后出血时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组宫颈扩张困难率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为98.6%,显著优于对照组的90.0%(P<0.05)。结论在瘢痕子宫终止妊娠治疗中应用药物流产联合清宫术,能提升临床疗效,降低阴道出血量与手术操作难度,尤其对于有二次剖宫产史者,可有效提升终止妊娠的安全性,值得在临床中应用与推广。Objective To analyze the effect of medical abortion combined with uterine clearing in terminating pregnancy with scarred uterus.Methods 140 patients with scar uterine pregnancy who voluntarily terminated pregnancy were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was terminated by negative pressure aspiration,and the study group was terminated by medical abortion combined with uterine clearing.After treatment intervention,the amount of vaginal bleeding,degree of cervical dilation,postoperative bleeding time and clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding and postoperative bleeding time in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of cervical dilatation difficulty in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 98.6%,which was significantly better than 90.0% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical abortion combined with uterine clearance in the treatment of terminating pregnancy with scarred uterus can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and the difficulty of operation,especially for those with a history of secondary cesarean section,can effectively improve the safety of termination of pregnancy,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
