甲硝唑联合雌激素乳膏普罗雌烯治疗绝经后萎缩性阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨甲硝唑联合雌激素乳膏普罗雌烯治疗绝经后萎缩性阴道炎的效果。方法选取66例绝经后萎缩性阴道炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及联合组,每组33例。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,联合组采用甲硝唑联合雌激素乳膏普罗雌烯治疗。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、临床症状评分及阴道pH。结果联合组治疗总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的75.76%(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组阴道健康评分、阴道症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组阴道pH为(4.05±0.84),低于对照组的(5.21±0.94)(P<0.05)。结论绝经后萎缩性阴道炎患者采用甲硝唑联合普罗雌烯乳膏治疗,不仅能显著提高临床疗效,还能有效改善其阴道症状及阴道环境。Objective To investigate the effect of metronidazole combined with proestrene in the treatment of postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis.Methods 66 patients with postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and a combination group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,and the combination group was treated with metronidazole combined with proestrene.The total effective rate,clinical symptom scores and vaginal pH of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 93.94%,which was higher than 75.76% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal health score and the vaginal symptom score of the combined group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal pH of the combined group was(4.05±0.84),lower than(5.21±0.94)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole combined with proestrene can not only significantly improve the clinical effect,but also effectively improve the vaginal symptoms and vaginal environment of patients with postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis.
