综合护理对子宫肌瘤剔除术患者自我管理能力及依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的分析子宫肌瘤剔除术患者采用综合护理对其自我管理能力及依从性的影响。方法选取60例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,经电脑随机数法分为对照组及观察组,每组30例。两组均接受子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,在此期间,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组各项自我护理能力评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组运动管理、遵医用药、生活习惯、自我管理评分分别为(16.71±2.57)分、(35.76±4.08)分、(16.74±3.06)分、(16.48±2.53)分,均明显高于对照组的(14.23±3.12)分、(32.38±4.19)分、(15.07±2.65)分、(14.39±3.32)分(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤剔除术患者接受综合护理干预,能有效提升其自我管理能力及依从性,具有应用推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on self-management ability and compliance of patients undergoing uterine myomectomy.Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by computer random number method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with uterine myomectomy.During this period,the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,self-management ability scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of exercise management,medicine compliance,lifestyle and self-management in the observation group were(16.71±2.57)points,(35.76±4.08)points,(16.74±3.06)points and(16.48±2.53)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than(14.23±3.12)points,(32.38±4.19)points,(15.07±2.65)points,(14.39±3.32)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing uterine myomectomy can effectively improve their self-management ability and compliance,and has application and promotion value.
