系统化护理在宫颈癌患者手术室护理中的应用效果及对并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的解析在宫颈癌患者手术室护理中采用系统化护理的效果,及对并发症的影响。方法选取40例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,均接受手术治疗,采用数字随机抽取法分为对照组及观察组,每组20例。对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组采用手术室系统化护理。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意度及术后生活质量。结果观察组并发症总发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05)。术后,观察组健康调查简表中生理职能、一般健康状况、情感职能、生理机能、社会功能、精神健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌手术室护理中采用系统化护理的效果理想,可减少手术并发症,提高其术后生活质量,具有应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing in operating room nursing of patients with cervical cancer and its influence on complications.Methods 40 patients with cervical cancer were selected as the study objects,all of whom received surgical treatment,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by digital random selection method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional operating room nursing,and the observation group received systematic nursing in operating room.The complication rate,nursing satisfaction and postoperative quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than 40.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 65.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of physiological function,general health status,emotional function,physiological function,social function and mental health in the the Mos item short from health survey of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of systematic nursing in the operation room nursing of cervical cancer is ideal,which can reduce the complications of surgery and improve the quality of life after surgery,and has application value.
