摘　　要：目的探究护理干预应用于产科失血性休克危急重症患者中的效果。方法选取产科失血性休克危急重症患者78例,以抽签法分为对照组及观察组,每组39例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用优质护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组救护有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的76.92%,脏器衰竭发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的25.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出血量、干预后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、血气剩余碱等各项临床指标水平均比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预的应用,可降低产科失血性休克危急重症患者的出血量,下调其血气剩余碱指标,降低脏器衰竭的发生风险,提高救护有效率。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in critically ill patients with hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics.Methods 78 critically ill patients with obstetric hemorrhagic shock were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate was 94.87% in the observation group,higher than 76.92% in the control group,and the incidence of organ failure was 7.69%,lower than 25.64% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical indicators such as blood loss,Hamilton depression scale score after intervention,blood gas residual base in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention can reduce the amount of blood loss in critically ill patients with obstetric hemorrhagic shock,reduce the index of blood gas residual alkali,reduce the risk of organ failure and improve the efficiency of rescue.
