Bakri球囊填塞治疗中央型前置胎盘产后出血疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究Bakri球囊填塞治疗中央型前置胎盘产后出血疗效。方法选取本院70例中央型前置胎盘产后出血患者,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组实施宫腔纱条填塞治疗,观察组实施Bakri球囊填塞治疗,分析两组临床疗效。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间、产后恶露时间、月经周期以及月经恢复时间短于对照组,输血量、术中出血量以及术后24h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中央型前置胎盘产后出血中运用Bakri球囊填塞,能够进一步降低术中出血量以及术后24h出血量,减少术后并发症的发生,改善患者的生活质量,具有显著的临床运用价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Bakri balloon packing in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with central placenta previa.Methods 70 patients with central placenta previa and postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received uterine gauze tamponade treatment,while the observation group received Bakri balloon tamponade treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.Results The observation group had shorter surgical time,hospital stay,postpartum lochia time,menstrual cycle,and menstrual recovery time compared to the control group.The blood transfusion volume,intraoperative bleeding volume,and postoperative 24 hour bleeding volume were less than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Bakri balloon tamponade in postpartum hemorrhage with central placenta previa can further reduce intraoperative and 24 hour postoperative bleeding,reduce postoperative complications,improve patient quality oflife,and has significant clinical application value,which is worth promoting.
