导尿管球囊联合小剂量催产素对妊娠晚期引产的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究导尿管球囊联合小剂量催产素用于妊娠晚期引产患者中的临床效果及对患者分娩方式和不良妊娠结局的影响。方法选取本院妇产科引产的40例妊娠晚期患者为研究对象,通过系统盲选法分成两组,各20例。对照组实施导尿管球囊引产,观察组在导尿管球囊引产操作的基础上配合使用小剂量催产素。比较两组治疗效果及分娩结局。结果观察组宫颈成熟总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴道分娩率高于对照组,不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导尿管球囊联合小剂量催产素治疗妊娠晚期引产患者的效果比较理想,可促使宫颈更为成熟,提高患者阴道分娩率,降低不良妊娠结局发生率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of using a catheter balloon combined with low-dose oxytocin in late pregnancy induced abortion patients and its impact on delivery methods and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods 40 late pregnancy patients who underwent induced abortion in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a systematic blind selection method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group underwent catheter balloon abortion,while the observation group received low-dose oxytocin in addition to the catheter balloon abortion procedure.Compare the treatment effects and delivery outcomes between two groups.Results The total effective rate of cervical maturation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of catheter balloon and low-dose oxytocin has an ideal effect on the treatment of late pregnancy induced abortion patients,which can promote cervical maturation,improve vaginal delivery rate,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
