孕酮和HCG联合检测在诊断生化妊娠中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探究孕酮和血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)联合检测用于生化妊娠临床诊断中的价值。方法 选取本院80例生化妊娠患为观察组,选取同期本院80例正常宫内早孕孕妇为对照组。所有对象均实行孕酮和血清HCG检测,比较两组入院时、初检48 h后血清HCG和孕酮水平,并分析检出情况。结果 入院时观察组血清HCG和孕酮水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组初检48 h血清HCG升高≥50%占比率低于对照组,孕酮水平下降占比率高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合检测准确率高于单一检测(χ^(2)=7.907,P<0.05)。结论 血清HCG和孕酮水平可以在很大程度上反映生化妊娠患者妊娠状态,提高临床诊断的有效性及其科学性,患者可以获得早期诊治,提高其生存质量,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the value of combined detection of progesterone and serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in the clinical diagnosis of biochemical pregnancy.Methods 80 biochemical pregnant women from our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 80 normal intrauterine early pregnancy pregnant women from our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects underwent progesterone and serum HCG testing,and the serum HCG and progesterone levels were compared between the two groups at admission and 48 hours after initial testing,and the detection status was analyzed.Results At admission,the serum HCG and progesterone levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of serum HCG elevation≥50%after 48 hours of initial examination in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the proportion of decreased progesterone levels was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Joint detection has higher accuracy than single detection(X^(2)=7.907,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum HCG and progesterone levels can largely reflect the pregnancy status of biochemical pregnancy patients,improve the effectiveness and scientificity of clinical diagnosis,enable patients to receive early diagnosis and treatment,improve their quality of life,and are worthy of clinical application.
