摘  要:目的 探讨超声测定子宫动脉及多普勒血流频谱在子痫前期(PE)中的预测价值及对妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取本院接受常规超声检查的1126例孕周≤28周孕妇为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料。根据超声检测结果分为高风险组(1071例)和低风险组(55例)。以临床诊断为金标准,比较两组PE发生情况、超声检查结果和妊娠结局。结果 高风险组PE发生率、血流动力学参数水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。高风险组剖宫产、低体质量儿、早产、胎膜早破发生率高于低风险组(P<0.05)。结论 超声测定子宫动脉及多普勒血流频谱在PE中有着较好的预测价值,能为疾病的早期治疗提供依据,以改善妊娠结局,可推广使用。Objective To explore the predictive value of ultrasound measurement of uterine artery and Doppler blood flow spectrum in preeclampsia(PE)and its impact on pregnancy outcomes.Methods 1126 pregnant women with gestational age<28 weeks who underwent routine ultrasound examination in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the ultrasound test results,they were divided into a high-risk group(1071 cases)and a low-risk group(55 cases).Using clinical diagnosis as the gold standard,compare the occurrence of PE,ultrasound results,and pregnancy outcomes between two groups.Results The incidence of PE and the level of hemodynamic parameters in the highrisk group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section,low body weight infants,premature birth,and premature rupture of membranes in the high-risk group was higher than that in the low-risk group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound measurement of uterine artery and Doppler blood flow spectrum has good predictive value in PE,which can provide a basis for early treatment of diseases,improve pregnancy outcomes,and can be widely used.
