摘　　要：目的探讨家庭协同护理模式对椎管内麻醉初产妇自我管理能力的影响。方法选取本院140例椎管内麻醉初产妇为研究对象。按照历史性对照分组方法分为两组,各70例。对照组应用常规护理模式,观察组应用家庭协同护理模式,评价两组护理效果。结果干预后,观察组初产妇自我管理能力评分高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组尿潴留发生率为4.29%(3/70),低于对照组的14.29%(10/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用家庭协同护理模式干预可提高椎管内麻醉初产妇自我管理能力,初产妇对护理满意度评价高,并且可以降低尿潴留发生率。Objective To explore the impact of family collaborative nursing model on self-management ability of primiparous women undergoing spinal anesthesia.Methods 140 primiparous women undergoing spinal anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Divide into two groups according to historical control grouping method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received family collaborative nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results After the intervention,the self-management ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group was 4.29%(3/70),lower than 14.29%(10/70)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of family collaborative nursing intervention can improve the self-management ability of primipara under spinal anesthesia,and primipara have a high evaluation of nursing satisfaction,and can reduce the incidence of urinary retention.
