循证护理对经阴道分娩产妇负性情绪、产后会阴疼痛及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理对经阴道分娩产妇负性情绪、产后会阴疼痛及护理满意度的影响。方法选取本院收治的130例经阴道分娩产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各65例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理干预,比较两组干预前后自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及会阴疼痛(VAS)评分,比较两组护理满意度。结果干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后3h、6h、12h,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对经阴道分娩产妇采用循证护理干预效果确切,能减轻其负性情绪,可改善产后会阴疼痛,并可提高其满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the impact of evidence-based nursing on negative emotions,postpartum perineal pain,and nursing satisfaction in women undergoing vaginal delivery.Methods 130 postpartum women who underwent vaginal delivery admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Divide into two groups according to the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention.The self-evaluation scale(SAS),depression self-evaluation scale(SDS)scores,and perineal pain(VAS)scores of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased compared to before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 3,6,and 12 hours of intervention,the observation group VAS scored lower than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing intervention for vaginal delivery mothers has a definite effect,can reduce their negative emotions,improve postpartum perineal pain,and increase their satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
