精准个案延续护理在孕早期先兆流产患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究在孕早期先兆流产患者护理中运用精准个案延续护理的效果。方法选取本院收治的74例孕早期先兆流产患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各37例。对照组实施常规延续护理,观察组实施精准个案延续护理。比较两组干预效果。结果观察组保胎成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的知晓度评分均高于护理前,且观察组知晓度评分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对孕早期先兆流产患者实施精准个案延续护理有理想效果,有利于提高保胎成功率,缓解患者的负性情绪,同时可以提高患者的知晓度与满意度,具有借鉴意义和临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effectiveness of using precision case continuation nursing in the care of patients with threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy.Methods 74 patients with threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine continuing care,while the observation group received precise individual case continuing care.Compare the intervention effects between two groups.Results The success rate of maintaining pregnancy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the awareness scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the awareness scores and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of precise case continuation nursing for patients with threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy has an ideal effect,which is conducive to improving the success rate of pregnancy preservation,alleviating negative emotions of patients,and improving patient awareness and satisfaction.It has reference significance and clinical promotion value.
