优质护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后护理中的价值

摘　　要：目的分析在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术后护理中采取优质护理的价值。方法选取本院行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的68例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施优质护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间、术后尿管拔除时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组视觉模拟评估量表评分、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中,能够有效减轻患者的不适感与疼痛感,缩短患者术后康复时间,有效控制并发症的发生,提高患者的生存质量以及对临床管理工作的满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the value of adopting high-quality nursing care in the postoperative care of laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 68 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,After admission,they were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the experimental group received high-quality care.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had shorter postoperative exhaust time,mobilization time,and urinary catheter removal time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The visual simulation assessment scale score and incidence of complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in laparoscopic myomectomy can effectively alleviate patient discomfort and pain,shorten postoperative recovery time,effectively control the occurrence of complications,improve patient quality of life and satisfaction with clinical management,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
