甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的药学研讨

摘　　要：目的探讨细菌性阴道炎患者实施甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗的效果。方法选取80例细菌性阴道炎患者,通过双盲法分为试验组与对照组,各40例。对照组予以克林霉素单一治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合甲硝唑治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果及相关临床指标。结果试验组C-反应蛋白、白介素-6及降钙素原指标均比对照组低,症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论在细菌性阴道炎患者中实施甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗的效果显著,能改善患者炎性反应,促进症状改善,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of metronidazole combined with clindamycin in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Methods 80 patients with bacterial vaginitis were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by double-blind method,40 cases each.The control group was given clindamycin single treatment,and the experimental group was combined with metronidazole on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and related clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The indexes of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and procalcitonin in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the time of symptom disappearance was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 97.50% higher than that of control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of metronidazole combined with clindamycin in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis is remarkable,which can improve the inflammatory response and promote the improvement of symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
