桂枝茯苓颗粒在子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用及对性激素的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析子宫肌瘤(UF)患者采用桂枝茯苓颗粒治疗的疗效以及对性激素的影响。方法选取70例UF患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各35例。对照组采取常规治疗,研究组采用桂枝茯苓颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后研究组性激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组子宫体积、肌瘤体积均小于对照组,肌瘤直径短于对照组,痛经、月经量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组炎性因子指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论UF患者采用桂枝茯苓颗粒治疗效果理想,可有效缩小子宫与肌瘤体积,缓解痛经,控制炎性反应,降低性激素水平,保证疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Guizhi fuling granule on sex hormone in patients with uterine myoma(UF).Methods 70 UF patients were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Guizhi fuling granules.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the level of sex hormone in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume and myoma volume of the study group were smaller than that of the control group,the myoma diameter was shorter than that of the control group,and the scores of dysmenorrhea and menstrual volume were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factor index of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Guizhi fuling granules in UF patients is ideal,which can effectively reduce the volume of uterus and fibroids,relieve dysmenorrhea,control inflammatory response,reduce sex hormone levels,and ensure curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
