摘　　要：目的分析缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果。方法选取120例宫缩乏力性产后出血的产妇,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用缩宫素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合米索前列醇治疗。比较两组临床疗效、产后出血量、满意度。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组产后2h、24h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的疗效显著,可有效减少产后出血量,提高满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue.Methods 120 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the study group was treated with misoprostol based on the control group.The clinical effect,postpartum blood loss and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum blood loss after 2 h and 24 h in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 83.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with misoprostol is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue,which can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage and improve satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
