Objective To analyze the significance of red blood cell distribution width(RDW)combined with coagulation in the adverse reactions of transfusion therapy in ectopic pregnancy. Methods 85 ectopic pregnancy transfusion patients were selected and divided into control group(45 cases,no adverse reactions)and study group(40 cases, adverse reactions)according to whether there were adverse reactions. The RDW combined with coagulation indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups[including:Prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen content(FIB),D-dimer(D-D),antithrombin Ⅲ(ATⅢ)and fibrin degradation product(FDP)]levels. Results There were no significant differences in RDW,PT,APTT,TT,FIB,D-D,ATⅢ and FDP levels between the two groups before blood transfusion(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in RDW,PT,APTT,TT,FIB,D-D,ATⅢ and FDP levels between the two groups after blood transfusion(P<0.05).Conclusion RDW combined with seven coagulation items can effectively evaluate the related adverse reactions after transfusion in patients with ectopic pregnancy, and has important clinical value.
