共情护理结合SBAR沟通系统在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析共情护理结合SBAR沟通系统在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇中的临床价值。方法选取52例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各26例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取共情护理结合SBAR沟通系统,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组疾病知识认知度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施共情护理结合SBAR沟通系统,能提升孕妇疾病知识认知度,进一步改善其不良心理状态及睡眠质量,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical value of empathic nursing combined with SBAR communication system in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 52 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 26 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received empathic nursing combined with SBAR communication system,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of disease knowledge recognition in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of pittsburgh sleep index scale(PSQI),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAs)in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of empathic nursing combined with SBAR communication system for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can improve their disease knowledge cognition,further improve their adverse psychological state and sleep quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
