摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理在急诊异位妊娠手术护理配合中应用效果及对护理满意度的影响。方法选取30例急诊异位妊娠患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各15例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取预见性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果护理后两组生活质量评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组心理乐观性、心理力量性、心理坚韧性等心理弹性水平评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后两组护理满意度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理在急诊异位妊娠手术护理配合中应用效果显著,可改善患者不良情绪,提高患者心理弹性水平,还可降低术后并发症发生率,提高其生活质量,有助于其早日康复,同时还可缓和护患关系,促进和谐护患关系的建立,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing in emergency ectopic pregnancy operation nursing coordination and its influence on nursing satisfaction.Methods Thirty patients with emergency ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into observation group and control group(15 cases each)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The quality of life score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of psychological resilience such as mental optimism,mental strength and mental toughness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in emergency ectopic pregnancy operation nursing cooperation has significant effects,which can improve patients'bad emotions,improve patients'psychological resilience,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve their quality of life,contribute to their early recovery,and alleviate the nurse-patient relationship and promote the establishment of harmonious nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
