舒适护理在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者应用舒适护理的干预效果。方法选取80例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取舒适护理。比较两组护理前后心理状态评分、手术指标、术后并发症发生情况、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术出血量少于对照组,且下床活动时间、肛门排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。观察组躯体疼痛、情感职能、精神健康、生理职能、社会功能、活力、总体质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者经舒适护理后,可以保持良好心理状态,缩短术后身体恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the intervention effect of comfort nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal.Methods 80 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comfortable nursing.The scores of psychological state,surgical indicators,postoperative complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The amount of surgical bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the time of getting out of bed,the time of anal exhaust and the time of hospitalization were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than that in the control group(15.00%)(P<0.05).The scores of physical pain,emotional function,mental health,physiological function,social function,vitality and overall quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After comfortable nursing,patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal can maintain good psychological state,shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
