摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术患者运用临床手术配合护理的效果。方法选取130例行宫腔镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组65例。观察组采用临床手术配合护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组临床指标、心理状态、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组临床指标、心理状态、生活质量均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床手术配合护理运用于宫腔镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切术患者中,可减少并发症发生,降低疼痛感,改善心理状态,提高生活质量,缩短住院时间,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical operation and nursing in patients with hysteroscopic submucous myoma resection.Methods 130 patients with Electrotomy of uterine submucous myoma were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with clinical operation,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The clinical indexes,psychological state,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical indicators,psychological state and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical surgical nursing in patients with hysteroscopic submucosal myoma can reduce complications,reduce pain,improve psychological state,improve quality of life,and shorten hospital stay,which is worthy of clinical application.
