摘　　要：目的探讨认知心理行为干预用于异常子宫出血护理中的效果。方法选取112例异常子宫出血患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各56例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取认知心理行为干预。比较两组护理效果。结果护理后观察组健康知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于护理前,自我维护能力量表(ESCA)评分高于护理前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理6个月、12个月的子宫异常出血次数、子宫异常出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知心理行为干预用于异常子宫出血护理中的效果显著,能有效提升健康知识水平,改善心理状态,提升子宫异常出血控制率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive psychological behavior intervention in the nursing of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 112 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into observation group and control group(56 cases each)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cognitive psychological behavior intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the health knowledge mastery score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were lower than before nursing,and the scores of self-maintenance ability scale(ESCA)were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The number of abnormal uterine bleeding and the amount of abnormal uterine bleeding in the observation group at 6 months and 12 months were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of cognitive psychological behavior intervention in the nursing of abnormal uterine bleeding is significant,which can effectively improve the level of health knowledge,improve the psychological state,improve the control rate of abnormal uterine bleeding,and improve the nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
