综合性护理干预对宫颈糜烂合并附件炎患者生活质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察综合性护理干预对宫颈糜烂合并附件炎患者生活质量的影响。方法选取52例宫颈糜烂合并附件炎患者,利用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组26例,分别采用常规护理与综合性护理。比较两组患者负面心理、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果护理前,两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SDS、SAS评分相比对照组较低(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.69%,对照组并发症发生率为30.77%,观察组并发症发生率相比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论综合性心理干预应用于宫颈糜烂合并附件炎患者护理中,不仅可以改善患者不良情绪,还可促进生活质量提升,降低并发症发生风险,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with cervical erosion complicated with adjunctitis.Methods 52 patients with cervical erosion complicated with adjunct inflammation were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group,Conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing were used respectively.Negative psychology,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the life quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 7.69% in the observation group and 30.77% in the control group,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive psychological intervention in the nursing of patients with cervical erosion complicated with adjunctive inflammation can not only improve the bad mood of patients,but also promote the quality of life and reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
