摘　　要：目的探讨瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚应用于剖宫产的麻醉效果。方法选取本院75例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组37例和试验组38例,对照组接受芬太尼联合丙泊酚进行麻醉,试验组接受瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚进行麻醉。比较两组麻醉前、切皮时、娩出时的平均动脉压、心率,胎儿娩出后1min、5min的新生儿Apgar评分及术后不良反应发生情况。结果麻醉前、切皮时、娩出时,两组平均动脉压、心率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组胎儿娩出后5min的新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于剖宫产进行麻醉,能提高新生儿Apgar评分,且对患者血流动力学和不良反应无明显影响。Objective To explore the anesthesia effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in cesarean section.Methods 75 cesarean section parturients in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group of 37 cases and an experimental group of 38 cases.The control group received fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia,while the experimental group received remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia.Compare the average arterial pressure and heart rate before anesthesia,during skin incision,and during delivery between two groups,as well as the neonatal Apgar score and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions at 1 and 5 minutes after fetal delivery.Results There was no statistically significant difference in mean arterial pressure and heart rate between the two groups before anesthesia,during skin incision,and during delivery(P>0.05);The Apgar score of newborns in the experimental group at 5 minutes after delivery was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of remifentanil and propofol for cesarean section anesthesia can improve neonatal Apgar score,and has no significant impact on patient hemodynamics and adverse reactions.
