摘　　要：目的探讨二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法选取本院74例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各37例。对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,探讨组采用二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果探讨组治疗总有效率、排卵率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,探讨组空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、黄体生成素、睾酮水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征,能够有效调节糖脂代谢,改善胰岛素抵抗,提升治疗效果。Objective To explore the efficacy of metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and progesterone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 74 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone,while the exploration group received treatment with metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and ovulation rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index,luteinizing hormone,and testosterone levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the estradiol levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of metformin and ethinylestradiol and progesterone can effectively regulate glucose and lipid metabolism,improve insulin resistance,and enhance treatment efficacy in the treatment of polycystic ovarysyndrome.
