益肾助孕方辨证治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床效果及对子宫内膜容受性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾助孕方辨证治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床效果及对子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法选取本院64例排卵障碍不孕患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组采用西医常规促排卵方案治疗,试验组采用益肾助孕方辨证治疗。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的子宫动脉血流阻力指数、子宫动脉血流搏动指数、子宫内膜厚度小于对照组(P<0.05);试验组排卵率为93.75%、妊娠率为68.75%,高于对照组的56.25%、43.75%(P<0.05)。结论益肾助孕方辨证治疗排卵障碍性不孕效果显著,能改善子宫内膜容受性,提高排卵率及妊娠率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Zhuyun formula in treating ovulatory dysfunction infertility based on syndrome differentiation and its impact on endometrial receptivity.Methods 64 patients with ovulation disorders and infertility in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine ovulation induction therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Yishen Zhuyun formula based on syndrome differentiation.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.88%,which was higher than the control group's 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The uterine artery blood flow resistance index,uterine artery blood flow pulsatility index,and endometrial thickness of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the experimental group were 93.75%and 68.75%,which were higher than the control group's 56.25%and 43.75%(P<0.05).Conclusion The Yishen Zhuyun formula has a significant therapeutic effect on ovulatory dysfunction infertility based on syndrome differentiation,which can improve endometrial receptivity,increase ovulation and pregnancy rates.
