经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对异位妊娠诊断效果分析与探究

摘　　要：目的分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对异位妊娠诊断的临床价值。方法选取46例异位妊娠患者,分别进行经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查、经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查的临床诊断价值。结果经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查的检出率高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查的典型声像图检出率高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在异位妊娠诊断中给予经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查效果理想,其临床诊断的准确率较高,且可以为医师提供检出典型声像图的信息,为临床治疗措施的确定提供科学参考依据。Objective To analyze the clinical value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 46 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected for transabdominal color doppler ultrasound examination and transvaginal color doppler ultrasound examination,and the clinical diagnostic value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound examination was analyzed Results The detection rate of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography was higher than that of transabdominal color doppler ultrasonography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The typical image detection rate of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography was higher than that of transabdominal color doppler ultrasonography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is ideal,and its clinical diagnosis accuracy is high,and it can provide doctors with the information of detecting typical sonograms and provide scientific reference for determining clinical treatment measures.
