抗苗勒管激素与促黄体生成素/卵泡刺激素比值联合检测在多囊卵巢综合征中的诊断价值分析

摘  要:目的探讨抗苗勒管激素(AMH)与促黄体生成素(LH)/卵泡刺激素(FSH)比值联合检测在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)中的诊断价值。方法选取45例PCOS患者作为观察组;另选取同期体检的健康育龄期女性80例作为健康组。检测并比较两组的AMH、LH、FSH以及LH/FSH指标,分析检查指标的相互关系及对PCOS的诊断价值。结果健康组AMH、LH、FSH以及LH/FSH低于观察组(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关分析,AMH与LH、FSH、LH/FSH之间相互成正相关(P<0.05),LH与FSH、LH/FSH之间相互成正相关(P<0.05)。AMH联合LH/FSH对PCOS的诊断敏感度和特异度明显高于单一指标(P<0.05)。结论AMH与LH/FSH联合应用可以进一步提高PCOS诊断的敏感度和特异度,具有较高的辅助价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)/follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)ratio in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 45 patients with PCOS were selected as the observation group.Another 80 healthy women of childbearing age were selected as the healthy group.AMH,LH,FSH and LH/FSH indexes of the two groups were detected and compared,and the correlation between the indexes and the diagnostic value of PCOS were analyzed.Results The AMH,LH,FSH and LH/FSH in the healthy group were lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).According to Pearson correlation analysis,AMH was positively correlated with LH,FSH and LH/FSH(P<0.05),and LH was positively correlated with FSH and LH/FSH(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of AMH combined with LH/FSH for PCOS were significantly higher than that of single index(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of AMH and LH/FSH can further improve the sensitivity and specificity of PCOS diagnosis,and has high auxiliary value.
