经腹部超声、经阴道超声及联合应用在妇科急腹症中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹部超声、经阴道超声及联合应用在妇科急腹症中的诊断价值。方法选取本院65例妇科急腹症患者为研究对象,分别采用经腹部超声检查、经阴道超声检查及联合检查,比较三种检查方式的诊断效能。结果病理学检查确诊妇科急腹症阳性50例、妇科急腹症阴性15例;联合检查的诊断准确率、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值高于经腹部超声检查、经阴道超声检查,漏诊率、误诊率低于经腹部超声检查、经阴道超声检查,卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、异位妊娠检出率高于经腹部超声检查、经阴道超声检查(P<0.05)。结论与单独应用经腹部超声或经阴道超声检查相比,联合检查在妇科急腹症的临床诊断中应用价值更高。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound,and their combined application in gynecological acute abdomen.Methods 65 patients with gynecological acute abdomen in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and transabdominal ultrasound examination,transvaginal ultrasound examination,and combined examination were used to compare the diagnostic efficacy of the three examination methods.Results Pathological examination confirmed 50 cases of positive gynecological acute abdomen and 15 cases of negative gynecological acute abdomen;The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of joint examination are higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound.The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate are lower than those of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound.The detection rate of ovarian cyst torsion and ectopic pregnancy is higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with using transabdominal ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound alone,combined examination has higher clinical diagnostic value in gynecological acute abdomen.
