全程人文关怀护理对晚期妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者心理状态、睡眠质量及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全程人文关怀护理对晚期妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者心理状态、睡眠质量及并发症的影响。方法选取本院收治的68例晚期妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者为研究对象,采用抛硬币法随机分为两组,各34例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受全程人文关怀护理。比较两组的心理状态、睡眠质量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、入睡时间、睡眠效率、安眠药物、日间功能障碍评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为11.76%,显著低于对照组的41.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予晚期妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者全程人文关怀护理,可有效改善患者的心理状态与睡眠质量,降低并发症发生风险。Objective To explore the impact of full process humanistic care on the psychological status,sleep quality,and complications of patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 68 patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a coin toss method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received full humanistic care.The psychological status,sleep quality,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hamilton anxiety scale and hamilton depression scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disorders,sleep onset time,sleep efficiency,sleeping medication,and daytime dysfunction scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.76%,significantly lower than 41.18%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing full process humanistic care to patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy can effectively improve their psychological status and sleep quality,and reduce the risk of complications.
