手术室护理路径在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理路径在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的作用。方法选取本院收治的52例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各26例。常规组应用常规护理,观察组应用手术室护理路径,比较两组的护理满意度、手术康复指标及并发症发生情况。结果观察组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体温恢复时间、住院时间、炎症消退时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理路径在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中有着突出的护理作用,能够满足患者的护理需求,促进患者快速康复,降低并发症发生风险,值得推广。Objective To explore the role of operating room nursing pathway in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 52 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups,each with 26 cases,using a random number table method.The routine group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received operating room nursing pathways.The nursing satisfaction,surgical rehabilitation indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The recovery time of body temperature,hospitalization time,and inflammation resolution time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing pathway in the operating room has a prominent nursing role in laparoscopic myomectomy,which can meet the nursing needs of patients,promote rapid recovery,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.It is worth promoting.
