宫腹腔镜配合手术治疗剖宫产瘢痕憩室的术中护理方法及临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析宫腹腔镜配合手术治疗剖宫产瘢痕憩室的术中护理方法及效果。方法选取62例剖宫产瘢痕憩室实施宫腹腔镜手术的患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各31例。对照组实施常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上加大术中护理干预,比较两组手术情况、术后生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术后住院时间及排气时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜配合手术治疗剖宫产瘢痕憩室的术中护理价值较高,可以减少患者术中出血量,缩短手术时间,加速术后恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,提升生活质量。Objective To analyze the intraoperative nursing method and effect of uterine laparoscopy combined with operation in treating cicatricial diverticulum of cesarean section.Methods 62 patients with caesarean section cicatricial diverticulum undergoing laparoscopic uterine surgery were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group increased intraoperative nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The operation status,postoperative quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative hospitalization time and exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holby laparoscopy with surgery treatment of cesarean section scar diverticulum has a high nursing value,which can reduce the amount of bleeding during the patient's surgery,shorten the surgery time,accelerate the postoperative recovery time,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life.
