基于数据挖掘的中药复方治疗宫颈HR-HPV感染的用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的运用数据挖掘技术分析中药复方治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的用药规律。方法检索收集治疗宫颈HR-HPV感染的中药复方,根据纳入、排除标准进行筛选后建立数据库,运用R语言进行频数、证型、性味、关联规则及相关性分析。结果共纳入83个方剂,包含183味中药,高频药物多为清热药与补益药,药味以苦、甘、寒为主,多入肝经;通过关联分析筛选出50条常用药对组合;通过相关性分析,发现“柴胡-白芍”“白术-党参”“白花蛇舌草-薏苡仁”和“牡丹皮-赤芍”具有较强相关性。结论宫颈HR-HPV感染本虚标实,以健脾祛湿,清热解毒为治疗原则,辅以疏肝理气、活血化瘀。Objective To analyze the rule of drug use of Chinese herbal compounds in the treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection of cervix by using data mining technology.Methods Chinese herbal compounds for the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection were searched and collected,and a database was established according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The frequency,syndrome type,sex and taste,association rules and correlation analysis were conducted by using R language.Results A total of 83 prescriptions were included,including 183 traditional Chinese medicines.Most of the high frequency drugs were heat-clearing drugs and tonifying drugs,and their tastes were mainly bitter,sweet and cold.50 common drug pairs were selected by association analysis.Through the correlation analysis,it was found that"Bupleurum-Paeoniae""Baizhu-Codonopsis""Hedyoglosse-coix seed"and"Moutan bark-Paeoniae"had strong correlation.Conclusion Cervical HR-HPV infection is characterized by deficiency and deficiency.Strengthening spleen and removing dampness,clearing heat and detoxification are the principles of treatment,supplemented by soothing liver and regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
