补肾调周方联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性盆腔炎性(CPID)不孕症采用补肾调周方联合中药保留灌肠治疗的效果。方法选取76例CPID不孕症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组38例。对照组给予中药保留灌肠治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予补肾调周方治疗,比较两组治疗效果、中医症状体征评分、月经改善情况、受孕率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医临床症状体征各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组中医临床症状体征各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组经血量(MBL)积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月,研究组MBL积分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组受孕率为68.42%,对照组受孕率为44.74%,研究组受孕率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CPID不孕症采用补肾调周方联合中药保留灌肠治疗效果较好,可促进患者临床症状及月经情况的快速恢复,且可提升患者受孕率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Tiaozhou prescription combined with Chinese medicine retention enema on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)infertility.Methods A total of 76 CPID infertility patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment,and the study group was given Bushen Tiaozhou prescription treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,TCM symptom and sign score,menstrual improvement and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the scores of TCM clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM clinical symptoms and signs in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<o.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in menstrual blood volume(MBL)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the MBL score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group was 68.42%,and that of the control group was 44.74%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of CPID infertility with Bushen Tiaozhou recipe combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema is effective,which can promote the rapid recovery of clinical symptoms and menstruation,and increase the pregnancy rate of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
