雌孕激素联合疗法对青春期功能性子宫出血患者性激素水平的影响观察

摘　　要：目的研究青春期功能性子宫出血(以下简称“青春期功血”)采用雌孕激素联合疗法的效果。方法选择200例青春期功血患者为研究对象,按照简单随机法分为参照组和治疗组,每组各100例。参照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予雌孕激素联合疗法。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率高于参照组,出血控制用时和完全止血用时短于参照组,雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)水平低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青春期功血患者使用雌孕激素联合疗法治疗高效安全,可以改善患者激素水平,减少不良反应发生。Objective To study the effect of combined estrogen progesterone therapy on adolescent functional uterine bleeding(hereinafter referred to as"adolescent functional blood").Methods A total of 200 adolescent patients with impaired blood were selected as the study objects and divided into reference group and treatment group according to simple random method,1oo cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given combined estrogen and progesterone therapy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the reference group,the time for bleeding control and complete hemostasis was shorter than that of the reference group,and the levels of estradiol(E_(2)),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were lower than those of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of estrogen and progesterone is effective and safe in the treatment of adolescent patients with dysfunctional blood,which can improve the hormone level and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
