摘  要:目的探讨宫腔粘连采用宫腔镜下冷刀分离术治疗的效果。方法选择140例宫腔粘连患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组70例。对照组给予常规宫腔镜下电切术治疗,研究组给予宫腔镜下冷刀分离术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、宫腔形态恢复情况、手术并发症。结果研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量、膨宫液吸收量低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组宫腔形态恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组手术并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔粘连采用宫腔镜下冷刀分离术治疗效果较好,可改善手术指标,促进患者宫腔形态恢复,手术并发症发生低,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic cold knife separation on intrauterine adhesions.Methods A total of 140 patients with intrauterine adhesions were selected as study subjects and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hysteroscopic electrotomy,and the study group was treated with hysteroscopic cold knife separation.The surgical indicators,uterine shape recovery and surgical complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of blood loss and dilatant fluid absorption during operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of uterine shape recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical complications in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic cold knife separation is effective in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions,which can improve surgical indicators,promote the recovery of uterine shape,and reduce the incidence of surgical complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
