经阴道超声、经腹部超声在子宫肌瘤诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声、经腹部超声在子宫肌瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法选择58例疑似子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,患者均行经阴道超声、经腹部超声、经阴道超声联合经腹部超声检查,将病理检查结果作为子宫肌瘤检查的金标准。比较经阴道超声、经腹部超声、经阴道超声联合经腹部超声诊断结果、特异度、敏感度、准确度。结果经阴道、经腹部超声联合诊断子宫肌瘤的特异度、敏感度、准确度均高于经阴道超声检查、经腹部超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经阴道、经腹部超声联合检查对不同部位子宫肌瘤鉴别诊断的准确度均高于经阴道超声检查、经腹部超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声联合经腹部超声检查对诊断子宫肌瘤的准确率更高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 58 patients with suspected uterine fibroids were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent transvaginal ultrasonography,transabdominal ultrasonography,transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography,and the pathological findings were used as the gold standard for the examination of uterine fibroids.The diagnostic results,specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound,transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound were compared.Results The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids were higher than those of transvaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy of the combined transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids in different parts was higher than that of transvaginal ultrasonography and transabdominal ultrasonography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography is more accurate in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
