经阴道彩超、经腹部彩超在妇产科急腹症诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩超、经腹部彩超在妇产科急腹症诊断中的临床价值。方法选取80例急腹症患者,患者均行经腹部超声、经阴道超声及经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查,其中手术后病理学检查作为妇产科急腹症检查的金标准,对比经阴道超声、经腹部超声及经腹部超声联合经阴道超声诊断结果。结果病理学检查异位妊娠52例,卵巢囊肿蒂扭转14例,黄体破裂14例。经腹部超声检查准确度为78.75%,经阴道超声检查准确度为77.75%,经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查准确度为92.50%;经腹部超声、经阴道超声联合检查准确度均高于经腹部超声、经阴道超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩超联合经腹部彩超对诊断妇产科急腹症的准确率更高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal and transabdominal color ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute abdomen were selected,all of whom underwent transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound.Pathological examination after operation was used as the gold standard for the examination of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.The results of transvaginal ultrasound,transabdominal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound were compared.Results There were 52 cases of ectopic pregnancy,14 cases of torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle and 14 cases of rupture of corpus luteum.The accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound was 78.75%,the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was 77.75%,and the accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was 92.50%.The accuracy of the combined examination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography is more accurate in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
