产前全程护理干预对先兆子痫患者围生期情况及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨产前全程护理对先兆子痫患者围生期情况及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取68例先兆子痫患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组给予常规产前护理,观察组给予产前全程护理干预,比较两组围生期情况及妊娠结局。结果观察组产后感染、产后出血、胎膜早破发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组新生儿低血糖、新生儿窒息、巨大儿、高胆红素血症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组阴道自然分娩率高于对照组,难产率、剖宫产率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无死胎发生。结论先兆子痫产妇中实施产前全程护理干预效果较好,可改善产妇围生期情况,减少不良妊娠结局发生,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of prenatal nursing on perinatal condition and pregnancy outcome of patients with preeclampsia.Methods A total of 68 patients with preeclampsia were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine prenatal care,and the observation group was given prenatal nursing intervention.The perinatal situation and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postpartum infection,postpartum hemorrhage and premature rupture of membranes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia,neonatal asphyxia,macrosomia and hyperbilirubinemia between two groups(P>0.05).The rate of natural vaginal delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the rate of dystocia and cesarean section were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and no stillbirth occurred in both groups.Conclusion The effect of whole-course prenatal nursing intervention in women with preeclampsia is good,which can improve the perinatal conditions and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
