全程助产护理模式对妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖指标及分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全程助产护理模式用于妊娠期糖尿病产妇护理干预中对其血糖指标及分娩结果的影响。方法选取68例建档待产的妊娠期糖尿病产妇为研究对象,按照摸球法随机分为两组,每组34例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以全程助产士护理模式,比较两组血糖指标变化及分娩结局,并评估护理满意度。结果干预后,妊娠末期两组测得血糖指标均有所下降,且观察组血糖指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率、不良妊娠结局发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病产妇实施全程助产护理模式干预可有效控制血糖,改善妊娠结局,并提高护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effects of whole-course midwifery nursing mode on blood glucose index and delivery outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 68 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into 2 groups with 34 cases in each group according to balltouching method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given full midwifery nursing.The changes of blood glucose indexes and delivery outcomes of the two groups were compared,and nursing satisfaction was evaluated.Results After intervention,the blood glucose index measured by both groups at the end of pregnancy decreased,and compared between groups,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<o.05).The incidence of cesarean section and adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course midwifery nursing intervention can effectively control blood sugar,improve pregnancy outcome,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
