以助产士为主导的体位干预联合人文关怀对初产妇分娩情况及负性情绪的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨以助产士为主导的体位干预联合人文关怀在初产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法选取66例初产妇,依据摸球法分为两组。对照组33例以助产士为主导的体位干预,观察组33例在对照组基础上联合人文关怀干预。比较两组负性情绪、产程时间及分娩方式。结果干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第一、第二、第三产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率、钳产率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论初产妇分娩中采用以助产士为主导的体位干预联合人文关怀可有效缓解产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪,缩短产程时间,提高自然分娩率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of midwifer-led postural intervention combined with humanistic care in the delivery of primipara.Methods 66 primipara were selected and divided into two groups according to ball-touching method.The control group(33 cases)received the position intervention led by midwives,and the observation group(33 cases)received the combined humanistic care intervention based on the control group.Negative emotion,labor time and delivery mode were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and sDS were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the cesarean section rate and forceps delivery rate were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of midwiferled postural intervention combined with humanistic care can effectively alleviate maternal anxiety and depression,shorten labor time and improve the rate of natural delivery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
