优思悦与达英-35治疗非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果及对激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优思悦与达英-35治疗非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果及对激素水平的影响。方法选取100例非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,采用电脑系统随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用达英-35治疗,试验组采用优思悦治疗,比较两组的激素水平、血脂指标、胰岛素抵抗指数及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组促黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组睾酮、总胆固醇、胰岛素抵抗指数水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论优思悦与达英-35治疗非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征均有较好疗效,可调节激素水平,而优思悦对睾酮指标的调节效果更好,有助于改善胰岛素抵抗,调节机体血脂水平。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yousiyue and Daying-35 in the treatment of non obese polycystic ovary syndrome and their impact on hormone levels.Methods 100 non obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a computer system,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diane-35,while the experimental group was treated with Yousiyue.The hormone levels,blood lipid indicators,insulin resistance index,and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of testosterone,total cholesterol,and insulin resistance index in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two treatment groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both Yousiyue and Danyin-35 have good therapeutic effects in the treatment of non obese polycystic ovary syndrome,which can regulate hormone levels.Yousiyue has a better regulatory effect on testosterone indicators,which helps to improve insulin resistance and regulate body lipid levels.
