疏肝补肾活血汤治疗围绝经期综合征肾虚肝郁兼血瘀证的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝补肾活血汤治疗围绝经期综合征肾虚肝郁兼血瘀证的效果。方法选取本院120例围绝经期综合征患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组采用丹栀逍遥丸治疗,研究组采用疏肝补肾活血汤治疗,比较两组的躯体症状严重程度、中医证候积分、焦虑情况及生活质量。结果研究组KI量表评分、中医证候积分、焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心理状态、生理状态、性生活、血管舒缩评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝补肾活血汤治疗围绝经期综合征肾虚肝郁兼血瘀证,可以达到良好的临床治疗效果,治疗安全有效,能改善中医证候积分,提升生活质量水平,缓解焦虑状态,建议临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Bushen Huoxue decoction on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression combined with blood stasis syndrome.Methods 120 patients with perimenopausal syndrome in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao pill,while the study group was treated with Shugan Bushen Huoxue decoction.The severity of physical symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,anxiety,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe KI scale score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and self rating anxiety scale score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The psychological status,physiological status,sexual activity,and vascular dilation and contraction scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Bushen Huoxue decoction can achieve good clinical therapeutic effects in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency,liver depression,and blood stasis syndrome.The treatment is safe and effective,can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,enhance the quality of life,and alleviate anxiety.It is recommended to promote clinical application.
