经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查在妇科急腹症中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查在妇科急腹症中的应用价值。方法选取本院100例妇科就诊患者为研究对象,临床手术确诊为急腹症患者50例为试验组、非急腹症患者50例为对照组,对上述患者均实施经腹部超声、经阴道超声检查,分析诊断效能。结果以临床手术确诊为金标准,联合检查的诊断准确率、敏感度为100%、100%,高于经腹部超声检查的84.00%、78.00%及经阴道超声检查的96.00%、96.00%(P<0.05);通过对50例急腹症患者进行联合检查发现,异位妊娠20例、黄体酮破裂11例、急性盆腔炎10例、卵巢瘤扭转9例。结论经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查能够更早发现急腹症,应用价值高。Objective To analyze the application value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in gynecological acute abdomen.Methods 100 gynecological patients in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.50 patients diagnosed with acute abdomen through clinical surgery were selected as the experimental group,and 50 patients without acute abdomen were selected as the control group.All patients were subjected to transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound examinations to analyze the diagnostic efficacy.Results The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of the combined examination were 100%and 100%,which were higher than the 84.00%and 78.00%of abdominal ultrasound examination and 96.00%and 96.00%of vaginal ultrasound examination,with clinical surgical diagnosis as the gold standard(P<0.05);Through joint examination of 50 patients with acute abdomen,it was found that there were 20 cases of ectopic pregnancy,11 cases of progesterone rupture,10 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease,and 9 cases of ovarian tumor torsion.Conclusion The combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound can detect acute abdomen earlier and has high application value.
