卵巢癌手术治疗患者中快速康复外科护理的应用对其术后早期康复效果的作用

摘　　要：目的研究卵巢癌手术治疗患者实施快速康复外科护理对其早期康复的效果。方法选取70例卵巢癌手术治疗患者,遵循随机数字表法分为观察组(行快速康复外科护理)与对照组(行常规护理),每组35例。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组住院时间、首次进食时间、首次排气时间及首次排便时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后4h、12h、24h、72h、96h时视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理在卵巢癌手术治疗患者中起到关键作用,有助于减轻疼痛症状,促进术后排气,缩短住院时长,促进术后早期康复,值得临床推广。Objective To conduct a detailed analysis of the impact of rapid recovery surgical nursing on the early recovery effect of ovarian cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment.Methods 70 patients with ovarian cancer undergoing surgical treatment were selected and divided into observation group(receiving rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing)and control group(receiving routine nursing)according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The hospitalization time,first feeding time,first exhaust time and first defecation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 4 h,12 h,24 h,72 h and 96 h after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid recovery surgical nursing plays a crucial role in the surgical treatment of ovarian cancer patients,helping to alleviate pain symptoms,promote postoperative ventilation,shorten hospital stay,and promote early postoperative recovery.It is worth promoting.
