精细化护理在异常子宫出血患者中应用及对睡眠质量的影响评价

摘　　要：目的评价精细化护理在异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法选取60例异常子宫出血患者,采用随机分组原则将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受精细化护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度、出血量及时间、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSOI)评分。结果观察组患者护理满意度90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。观察组患者出血量少于对照组,出血时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理可以有效提高异常子宫出血患者的护理满意度,减少出血量及缩短出血时间,并改善患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of fine nursing on sleep quality in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 60 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,and patients in the observation group received fine nursing.Nursing satisfaction,blood loss and time,and pittsburgh sleep quality index(Psol)scores of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was 90.00%higher than that in control group 66.67%(P<0.05).The blood loss and bleeding time of observation group were shorter than control group(P<0.05).The PSQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the bleeding time,and improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
