全程化护理在宫颈锥形电切术治疗宫颈上皮瘤样病变患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全程化护理在宫颈锥形电切术治疗宫颈上皮瘤样病变患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院56例宫颈上皮瘤样病变且接受宫颈锥形电切术的患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各28例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受全程化护理,比较两组的护理满意度、生活质量及负性情绪。结果观察组护理满意度为96.43%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理功能、生理功能、躯体功能、社会职能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程化护理在宫颈锥形电切术治疗宫颈上皮瘤样病变患者中应用效果显著,能明显改善患者的负性情绪,提高满意度及生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of full process nursing in the treatment of cervical epithelial neoplasia patients with cervical cone resection.Methods 56 patients with cervical epithelial neoplasia who underwent cervical cone resection in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,and negative emotions of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than that of the control group's 78.57%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The psychological,physiological,physical,and social function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of full process nursing in the treatment of cervical epithelial neoplasia patients with cervical cone resection has a significant effect,which can significantly improve negative emotions,satisfaction,and quality of life of patients.
