中药灌肠方联合雷火灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果及对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察中药灌肠方联合雷火灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法 选取2021年3月-2023年1月我院诊治的68例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组34例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药灌肠方联合雷火灸,比较两组临床效果、炎症因子水平[白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、临床症状评分、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05);两组治疗后WBC、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后腰骶酸痛、腹胀下坠、白带量多评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访2个月,观察组复发率为2.94%,低于对照组的14.71%(P<0.05)。结论 中药灌肠方联合雷火灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果确切,可有效降低炎症因子水平,减轻临床症状,降低复发率,且未增加不良反应反应发生率。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,inflammatory factor levels[white blood cell(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)],clinical symptom score,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 82.35%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of WBC and CRP in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of lumbosacral pain,abdominal distension and leucorrhea in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After 2 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.94%,which was lower than 14.71%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with thunder-fire moxibustion is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,and does not increase the incidence of adverse
