摘　　要：艾滋病和丙型肝炎是两种比较常见的传染性疾病,其传播途径相同,均可通过血液、性接触、母婴垂直传播等途径感染,而艾滋病合并丙型肝炎感染可加重肝脏损害,导致发展为慢性感染的可能性增加,严重危害人类的健康和生命安全。目前关于丙型肝炎和合并感染艾滋病在人体内的相关作用机制并不清楚。因此,本文对艾滋病以及合并感染丙型肝炎患者外周血转录组学的相关内容进行归纳总结,通过探索其相关免疫通路、基因表达差异等方面的相关作用,为艾滋病、丙型肝炎与宿主相互作用、致病机理以及新药开发提供新的思路,为二者在诊断、治疗和预防提供重要的理论意义和临床应用价值。AIDS and hepatitis C are two common infectious diseases with the same route of transmission,which can be infected through blood,sexual contact,mother-to-child vertical transmission and so on.AIDS combined with hepatitis C infection can aggravate liver damage,lead to the increase of the possibility of developing into chronic infection,and seriously endanger human health and life safety.At present,the mechanism of hepatitis C and co-infection with AIDS in the human body is not clear.Therefore,this paper summarizes the related contents of peripheral blood transcriptomics in patients with AIDS and co-infection with hepatitis C.By exploring the related immune pathways and gene expression differences,it provides new ideas for the interaction between AIDS,hepatitis C and host,pathogenic mechanism and new drug development,and provides important theoretical significance and clinical application value for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of AIDS and hepatitis C.
